What we collect and what we don't.

This privacy notice applies to larkseo.com.au (the Lark Digital Studio — SEO marketing site). It is deliberately short because we do not collect very much.

Analytics

We use a hosted instance of Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It reports aggregate, non-identifying figures: total visits per page, country, referrer, device type. No individual visitor profile is built. No third party receives the data. No cookie banner is required because no cookies are set.

Contact form and audit-tool submissions

When you submit the contact form or the free-audit lead-capture form, we store the information you provide (name, email, business name, the message you wrote, and the URL you submitted for audit) and use it to respond to your enquiry, send the audit report, and (if you opted in) keep you on our subscriber list for relevant follow-up.

Submissions are sent to Brevo (our email and contact platform) and to our internal automation pipeline. We do not share or sell submissions to third parties beyond the operational services required to deliver the email.

Cookies

We do not set marketing cookies. Functional cookies (such as those required by the Payload admin if you happen to be an admin) are only set on authenticated admin sessions and never on the public site.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete your contact details or your audit submissions. Email [email protected] and we will action it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 days).

Changes

If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we update this notice and update the "last updated" date below.
